ZOE NEWTON COUNSELLING
IN-PERSON AND ONLINE THERAPY
WHAT IS COUNSELLING?
Counselling offers a way to share and process the painful, upsetting and stressful things you're going through. It can also be useful for making and maintaining changes in your life, including with boundaries, relationship issues, self-belief, as well as more complex issues. It can be challenging and confronting, and your counsellor will be there to help you hold those feelings.

Counselling provides a non-judgemental place to talk openly with a professional that can help you to explore your feelings and fully accept you for who you are.

Everyone deserves a place where they feel they can truly be themselves and share openly and without fear, and that is what counsellors aim to offer.

GETTING STARTED
1.
Getting in touch
You can get in touch using the form below, or by email at zoencounselling@gmail.com. I'm happy to answer any questions you have, and we can arrange our first session.
2.
The information: when, where, and how much?
In-person sessions are available on Mondays and Wednesdays in Bristol City Centre.
Online sessions are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

All sessions are £60.
3.
The first session
In our first session, we'll spend time exploring how you're doing, what you're hoping to get from counselling, and talking about how I can support you.

I'm happy to answer to any questions you might have, and I'll likely have a few of my own too!
4.
What happens next?
If we decide we're a good fit and you're happy to work with me, we will continue having weekly sessions in that same day and time slot.

I offer long-term counselling so there's no set amount of sessions, and you can let me know when you feel you're ready to end.
